摘　　要：目的：分析流动儿童计划免疫现状及对策。方法分析本市2014年2月调查的0～7岁流动儿童的计划免疫接种情况，了解流动儿童计划免疫现状，并制定有效的管控对策。结果我国流动儿童计划免疫现状主要问题为建证率低、建卡率低以及基础免疫接种率低；免疫针对性传染病发病率较高。结论针对流动儿童计划免疫现状存在的问题，需加强基层计划免疫管理、做好计划免疫宣传工作及增强计划免疫工作的执行力度，进而消除免疫盲区。Objective The present situation and countermeasure analysis of floating children immunization. Methods Analysis of this city in February 2014,the survey of 0~7 years old of floating children immunization vaccination status,understood the present situation of floating children immunization, and made effective control measures.ResultsThe main problem for floating children immunization was low rate,low JianKa rate as wel as the basic vaccination rate was low. The prevalence of immune targeted infectious diseases was high.ConclusionAiming at the existing problem of floating children immunization status,we need to strengthen grass-roots immunization management,planning immunization propaganda work and strengthen enforcement of immunization work,thereby eliminating the immune blind spots.
