摘　　要：目的设计并建立中毒与解救数据库查询系统,实现毒物与解救药物信息的快速查询,积累中毒病例数据资料,为临床解救中毒患者提供参考。方法采用Delphi 7.0开发平台,Microsoft Access数据库管理系统,采用ADO数据访问方式和OLE自动化技术。结果设计并建立了中毒与解救数据库查询系统。结论该数据库查询系统除了具备传统的查询功能外,还提供中毒报告上传、毒物信息公告和毒物数据库链接等内容。系统操作简便,便于推广,有望成为临床医务工作者的好帮手,发挥一定的预防控制中毒作用。OBJECTIVE To design and establish poisoning and rescue database query system,realize the fast query of poison and rescue drug information,accumulate poisoning case information,provide the reference for clinical treatment of poisoning patients.METHODS Using Delphi 7. 0 as the development platform,Microsoft Access as database management system,ADO data access mode and OLE automation technology. RESULTS Design and establish the poisoning and rescue database query system successfully.CONCLUSION In addition to the traditional query function,the database query system also provides poisoning reports upload,poison information announcement and poison database links. The system operation is simple and convenient,it＇ s expected to become a good helper for clinical medical workers,and play a role in prevention and control of poisoning.
