摘  要:目的:了解护理本科生对灾害及灾害护理的理解,为灾害护理教育的开展提供参考和依据。方法在Jennings-Sanders护理专业学生灾害护理认知问卷的基础上,自行设计护理专业学生灾害及灾害护理认知调查问卷,对某大学一年级到三年级护理本科生进行调查。结果大部分学生对灾害概念的认识比较全面,对灾害知识及灾害护理的学习意愿较高(87.2%)。课堂授课(n=56)、影音学习(n=30)、灾害技能培训(n=28)和灾害演习(n=27)为学生愿意接受的灾害护理学习形式。认为大学一年级学习灾害护理知识的学生比例最高(42.1%)。灾害护理的学习内容既包括灾害知识又包含防灾知识,既包括灾害逃生、自救互救知识又包含技能,既包括生理救护又包含心理救助。结论在护生中开展灾害护理教育有必要性和重要性。Objective To investigate the understanding of nursing undergraduates on disaster and disaster nursing, so as to provide reference and basis for disaster nursing education. Methods On the basis of Jennings-Sanders nursing students′perceptions about disaster nursing questionnaire, we designed questionnaire on recognition of disaster and disaster nursing from grade one to three students. Results Most of the students had comprehensive understanding about disaster concept and had a high learning intention ( 87. 2%) about disaster nursing. Lectures(n=56), video learning(n=30), disaster skills training(n=28)and disaster drills (n=27) were four important forms of disaster nursing learning in students. 56 (42. 1%) nursing students thought the first year of college was the proper time to learn disaster nursing knowledge. The content of disaster nursing included both disasters knowledge and disaster prevention knowledge, both knowledge and skills about disasters escaping, self and mutual medical aid, physiological and psychological medical aid. Conclusions To carry out disaster nursing education in nursing students is necessary and important.
