血府逐瘀汤在脑外伤所致难治性癫痫的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察血府逐瘀汤在脑外伤所致难治性癫痫治疗中的应用效果。方法:将80例脑外伤致难治性癫痫者随机分为两组,对照组给予西药治疗,治疗组给予血府逐瘀汤治疗,观察临床疗效、癫痫发作次数的情况。结果:治疗组有效率95.0%,对照组为70.0%,差异显著。治疗组治疗后1个月内癫痫发作次数1.3±0.3次,对照组为2.7±0.5次,两组差异显著。结论:脑外伤致难治性癫痫者运用血府逐瘀汤治疗效果显著,可提高临床治疗有效率。Objective：To observe Xuefu Zhuyu decoction brain trauma caused by the treatment of refractory ep‐ilepsy application effect .Methods ：80 patients with traumatic brain injury caused by intractable epilepsy were randomly divided into two groups .The control group was given medicine treatment ,and the treatment group received Xuefu Zhuyu decoction .Observed clinical efficacy between the two groups ,the number of cases of seizures .Results：The clinical effi‐ciency of 95 .0% ,70 .0% in the control group ,the difference was significant .After treatment ,within one month the number of seizures 1 .3 ± 0 .3 times ,the control group was 2 .7 ± 0 .5 times ,the difference was significant .Conclusion ：The brain injury caused by intractable epilepsy who use blood Xuefu Zhuyu decoction significant treatment effect ,can im‐prove clinical efficiency .
