摘 要:以TRIZ为核心的创新方法近年来在国内得到了迅速推广。为了提高培训效果,在文献综述、企业访谈和培训老师访谈的基础上,结合创新方法和科研人员的特点,确定了影响创新方法培训效果的组织因素、个人因素和培训系统因素,建立了创新方法培训效果影响因素模型,设计了调查问卷。对回收的问卷,进行项目分析、信效度分析和回归分析,结果表明问卷的信度和效度良好,验证了培训效果模型,为进一步研究奠定了基础。Innovation method with TRIZ as the core has been promoted in recent years. The aim of the study is to improve training effectiveness. Previous studies on training effectiveness were analyzed. Enterprise trainers and trainees were interviewed. Factors of organization, person, and training systems were determined based on the characteristics of innovation method and researchers. Then training effect model was established. Based the model a questionnaire was developed. With the data, project analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis and regression analysis were accomplished. The reliability and validity of questionnaire were sound. The validity of model was verified. The result of this research has made a good beginning for the study in the future.
