摘　　要：肌层浸润性膀胱癌(MIBC)的标准治疗手段是根治性膀胱切除术,该手术并发症多,术后肿瘤复发及转移风险高,术前或术后予以辅助化疗能有效地提高患者生存率,降低复发率,同时能增加部分患者保留膀胱的可能性,笔者就肌层浸润性膀胱癌的不同辅助化疗手段研究进展及临床应用情况作一综述。Radical cystectomy is the standard treatment for muscle layer of invasive bladder cancer（MIBC）,but the surgery will bring about more complications and have high-risk of postoperative tumor recurrence and metastasis.Therefore,the application of adjuvant chemotherapy（AC）before and after surgeries can effectively improve the survival rate and reduce the tumor recurrence of patients.Also,it can increase the the possibilities of preserving bladders for some patients.The article reviews the clinical application and research progress of different ACs in treating MIBC.
