摘 要:目的开展饮用水中双酚A和壬基酚测定的方法学研究。方法水样经玻璃纤维滤膜过滤后,用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测,以外标法定量。并对双酚A和壬基酚测定中存在的本底及消除方法进行研究。结果双酚A和壬基酚在0.000 4μg/ml^0.008μg/ml线性关系良好,线性回归方程分别为y=3 945 065x+1 168和y=3 244 465x-305.5,相关系数(r)分别为0.999 9和0.999 7;当样本的浓度为0.004μg/ml时,6次测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.8%和4.1%,方法的最低定量浓度均为0.000 4μg/ml,加标回收率为93.7%~111.0%。结论样本直接过膜液质分析,方法简单可靠,并辅以流动相在线捕集技术,能有效的降低空白值,提高测定的灵敏度,定性、定量准确,非常适合饮用水中双酚A和壬基酚的测定。Objective To research on the methods for determination of bisphenol A and nonylphenol in the drinking water. Methods The samples were filtered through glass fibre, and then separated by reverse phase liquid chromatography and detec- ted by mass spectrometer. A external standard method was applied in quantitative processing. The background of nonylphenol and bisphenol A and removal methods were studied. Results Bisphenol A and nonylphenol had good linear relationship in 0.000 4 g/ml -0.008 g/ml, and the linear regression equations were y =3 945 065x + 1 168 and y =3 244 465x -305.5, and the correlation coefficient (r) was respectively 0.999 9 and 0. 999 7. When the sample concentration was 0.004 μg/ml, 6 time determination of the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.8% and 4.1%, respectively, the lowest quantitative concentra- tion of method was 0. 000 4 pLg/ml, and the additive recovery rate was of 93.7% - 111.0%. Conclusion Samples directly cross the membrane fluid analysis, and the method is simple and reliable, supplemented by mobile phase online catch technolo- gy, can effectively reduce blank value, improve the sensitivity of the assay, with qualitative and quantitative, and very suitable for the determination of bisphenol A and nonylphenol in drinking water.
