上下颌后牙区单颗SLA和SLActive种植体周围软组织参数的比较研究

摘　　要：目的随访对比后牙区S L A和SLActive种植体周围软组织参数,评价SLActive种植体周围软组织临床学表现。方法 55例患者后牙区植入33颗SLA种植体和34颗SLActive种植体,对比测量术后6月、12月、18月和24月的种植体周围软组织参数。结果两组对比,m PLI、m SBI指数在术后6月、12月、18月、24月的变化差异均无显著性,PPD指数在术后6月、12月、18月、24月的变化差异均有显著性。结论 SLActive促进软硬骨组织结合,增加临床安全性。Objective To evaluate the clinical soft tissue manifestation of Straumann SLActive implants, the differences of peri-implant soft tissue parameters were compared between SLA and SLActive implants in the posterior mandible and maxilla throughout the follow-up period. Methods 33 SLA and 34 SLActive implants were placed in the posterior mandible and maxilla of 55 patients. Peri-implant soft tissue parameters were tested for each implant after being inserted for 6, 12, 18, and 24 months.Results Significant differences of PPD were observed in the two groups SLA and SLActive after being implanted for 6, 12, 18, and 24 months. However, there were no obvious differences of mPLI and mSBI between the two groups.Conclusion SLActive promotes the combination of soft and hard tissue and increases the clinical safety.
