摘 要:研究初始pH值、木糖和葡萄糖配比以及温度对F11乙醇发酵的影响并对其进行发酵抑制剂耐受试验。结果表明,发酵最适初始pH值为4.0~7.0,葡萄糖和木糖最适配比为0%~33%,温度为24~27℃。在初始pHi5.0、转速150r/min、培养温度27℃、木糖45g/L、葡萄糖15g,L,接种量1eeL的条件下发酵,乙醇浓度最高可达28班,达到理论产率的91%。添加乙酸明显降低了融合子F11的乙醇发酵速率,模拟预处理后水解液添加葡萄糖醛酸(2.0g/L)、甲酸(0.9g/L)、糠醛(0.1g/L)和乙酸(2.3g/L),其协同抑制作用使发酵24h内几乎无乙醇产生。In order to evaluate the co-fermentation performance of degradation products, the effects of initial pH, the ratio of glucose yeast fusant F11 and its tolerance to hemicellulose to xylose, temperature and inhibitor on the ethanol fermentation of F11 were investigated. The experimental results show that the optimal initial pH is from 4.0 to 7.0, ratio of glucose to xylose is 0 to 33%, and temperature is between 24 and 27 ℃. When the initial pH is 5.0, the rotating speed is I50 r/m/n, the temperature is 27 ℃, the initial inoculation amount is at 1 g/L, xylose and glucose concentration are 45 g/L and 15 g/L, respectively, and the ethanol concentration can attain to 28 g/L, which is about 91% of the theory yield. Moreover, it indicates that acetic acid (2.3 g/L) inhibites the ethanol fermentation intensely, and no ethanol has been produced within 24 hours due to its synergistic inhibitory effect with other degradation products like glucuronic acid (2.0 g/L), formic acid (0.9 g/L) and furfural (0.1 g/L ). And all of these experimental data will provide valuable information for the cellulosic ethanol fermentation application.
