基于职业技能竞赛的专业建设实践创新——以高职旅游管理专业为例

摘　　要：职业技能竞赛对于引领和推动职业教育教学改革、促进技能型人才的系统培养,具有重要导向作用。当前高职学生参加各种技能竞赛,存在参赛积极性不高、文化基础知识不牢固、对指导教师依赖性强、过度使用竞赛技巧等问题。以旅游管理专业为例,结合技能竞赛对高职专业建设的启示,建议通过改革人才培养方案、调整课程体系、加强教学团队建设、注重学生职业素养、以赛促教与以赛促学等措施,来推进专业建设实践的创新。Vocational skill competitions play a guiding role in leading and promoting the teaching reform of vocational education and systemic training of skilled talents. However, students＇ participation in vocational skill competitions reveals some problems, which include inactive participation, instable basic knowledge, too much dependence on instructors, and excessive use of competition techniques. Taking Tourism Management＇Major as a case study, and combining the revelation of skill competitions on specialty construction, the article attempts to facilitate innovation of specialty construction practice through reform of talents training program, adjustment of curriculum system, enhancement of teaching team construction, emphasis on students＂ professional quality, and promotion of teaching and learning via competition.
