摘　　要：高校辅导员置于教育和管理学生的前线,其主要工作任务是做好学生的思想政治教育工作,运用新媒体技术手段,通过思想政治教育,将社会主义的道德观、人生观教诲于学生。社会化媒体语境下,辅导员正确的角色定位、创新思想政治教育观、探索新工作模式,是有效开展工作、创新教育体制的重要课题。As the front of educating and managing students, the work of counselors in universities is mainly to do a good job of ideological and political work of students, to use the technology of new media, and teach the moral value of socialism and the outlook on life to students through the ideological and political education. The correct role positioning of counselors, innovation of ideological and political education concept and the new mode of operation are important topics to work effectively and innovate education system in social media context.
