摘　　要：依法治国与培育和践行社会主义核心价值观统一于我们党治国理政之中,形成共生同构和良性互馈关系。要充分发挥法治对于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的规范、引导、定型、保障作用,弘扬法治精神,确立法治信仰,使法治精神成为贯穿"三个倡导"的基本遵循;推动形成学法守法用法的意识和习惯,增强民众培育和践行社会主义核心价值观的获得感;完善中国特色社会主义法治体系,为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观形成系统支持、全面保证。Management of state affairs according to law and the cultivation and practice of socialist core values are unified in our party’s governance,and there is a symbiotic and benign interaction between them. It is necessary to give full play to the role of the rule of law in the specification,guidance,shape and guarantee in cultivating and practicing the socialist core values,to promote the rule of law and to establish the rule of law belief,making the spirit of the rule of law throughout the Three Advocate. At the same time,it will drive people to form the awareness and habits of studying,observing and using law and enhance people’s achievement in the cultivation and practice of socialist core values. In addition,the improvement of the Chinese socialist law system will provide full support and guarantee for cultivating and practicing of socialist core values.
