硬麻导管在泪小管断裂伤中应用的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨创伤所致下泪小管断端的寻找及吻合方法。方法在手术显微镜直视下,通过8号泪囊针引导硬麻导管寻找泪小管断端,吻合成功后,硬麻导管上端反插入上泪小管并进入泪囊。结果 21眼手术时均吻合成功,其中拔管后显示效果为治愈18例,有效2例,无效1例。结论手术显微镜直视下,泪囊针引导的硬麻导管作为支撑物行泪小管断裂吻合术,成功率高,手术时间快,眼部刺激较少,隐形美观,是一种简单安全的手术方式。Objective to explore the broken end looking for lacrimal canal and anastomosis. Method under operating microscope look through 8 lacrimal sac needle guide hard ma catheter for small tube end tears,after the success of the match,the insert end on hard hemp catheter lacrimal tube and into the lacrimal sac. Results 21 eyes are anastomosis is successful,18 cases were cured,2 cases effectively,1 had no effect. Conclusion surgery under the microscope to look straight,lacrimal sac injection guided by hard hemp catheter as tears tubular fracture anastomosis of support, high success rate,operation time,less eye stimulation,stealth and beautiful,is a kind of simple and safe surgical procedure.
