摘 要:针对纤维掺入沥青胶浆对其高低温性能产生的影响,通过重复蠕变恢复试验、多应力蠕变恢复试验及弯曲蠕变劲度试验系统的研究,分析了纤维掺量、温度、应力水平及纤维种类等因素的影响结果。研究表明:1掺入纤维能提高胶浆的高低温性能,其性能提升与纤维掺量成正比,同时对温度较敏感,温度升高使胶浆累积应变及其速率增大;2应力水平对纤维胶浆高温性能影响较大,随应力增大,胶浆恢复率R降低,不可恢复蠕变柔量Jnr增大。在较高应力水平下,纤维对胶浆R值提高和Jnr值降低显著,其中玄武岩纤维最佳,聚酯纤维次之,而改性沥青最小。In view of the impact of fiber mixed in asphalt mastic on the high and low temperature performance, through repeated creep recovery test, multi-stress creep recovery test and bending creep stiffness test, and some factors such as fiber contents, temperature, stress level and types are analyzed. The results show that: (1) fiber can improve the high and low temperature performance of asphalt mastic, and its performance is enhanced with the increase of fiber contents, meanwhile, it is sensitive to temperature, the increase of temperature makes accumulated strain and its rate for asphalt mastic increase~ (2) the effect of stress level for fiber asphalt mastic on high temperature performance is significant, with the increase of stress, the mastic recovery rate R is decreased, irreversible creep compliance Jnr is increased. Under the mastic is remarkable, high stress level, the effect of fiber on R value enhancement and Jnr reduction for the order of effect is basalt fiber, polyester fiber, and modified asphalt.
