摘　　要：在柳钢中板生产线连续加热炉建立模糊控制系统时存在输入输出参数、饱和、基准点更新、温度的控制精度、输出系数、中断时间设置、调节阀的选型及死区、系统的初始化、温度控制死区等问题,介绍处理措施以及应用情况。The problems such as the input and output parameters, the saturation, the datum point up- date, the control accuracy of temperature, the output coefficient, the outage duration setting, the selection and dead zone of the regulating valve, the system initialization and the dead zone of temperature control oc- curred in building the fuzzy control system for the continuous heating-up furnace of Medium Plate Line of Liuzhou Steel, and the treatment and application situation were introduced.
