摘　　要：当前高校学生社区管理的诸多局限,其核心问题是多方协调形成的"瓶颈免责难题"。运用质量管理的理念与方法,探索出ISO质量管理体系进入学生社区管理的基本路径,提出了事实环节、过程环节与质量体系环节的环节管理策略,为高校学生社区管理长期存在的"瓶颈免责难题"提供有效方案。Among the current limitations of the student community management of university, the key is the ＂bottleneck liability problem＂ in multilateral coordination. Using quality management concepts and methods, the paper explored the basic path along which the ISO quality management system ente- ring student community management, put forward the link management strategy of fact, process and quality system, so as to provide effective solutions for long-term ＂bottleneck liability problem＂ in the university student community management.
