摘　　要：大学图书馆承担着培养大学生综合素质的责任,通过基于信息行为的大学生素质测评平台的建设,构建大学生完整的图书馆信息素养及行为素质的综合档案,将鼓励大学生积极、努力地学习并养成良好的行为习惯,并在大学生的成长历程和素质培养中起到积极的作用。University Library undertakes the responsibility of cultivating college students＇ comprehensive quality. Through information and quality evaluation platform construction, build a complete library of the information literacy and the overall competence of the archives. Library encourages students to actively and diligently study and develop good habits, play an active role in process of growth and quality training of college students.
