国家治理现代化视域下高校统战工作创新探究

摘　　要：高校统战工作是党的统战工作的重要组成部分,其功能优势发挥与否直接关系到国家治理现代化目标的实现。国家治理现代化对高校统战工作提出了新的要求,呼唤由管制向治理转变,构建治理型统战的新格局,以适应时代发展的需要。基于治理型统战的理念,文章先理清国家治理现代化与高校统战工作的关系,结合高校统战工作的五大功能优势,分析国家治理现代化背景下高校统战工作的新变化,并提出构建治理型统战的途径,建立高校统战工作的治理体系,提高统战治理能力。The united front work in colleges is an important part of the Party′s united front work,its function directly relates to the achievement of the goal of national governance modernization. The national modernization puts forward the new requirement of the college united front work,calls the transformation from the control to the govern-ance,constructs the new pattern of governance model of united front work,adapts to the needs of the development of era. Based on the governance model of the idea of the united front work,this paper clears the relationship be-tween the governance modernization and the united front work in colleges,analyzes the new changes of the united front work in colleges under the background of the national modernization with the combination of its five functions, and proposes the ways to construct the united front work of the governance model,to establish a management system of united front work in colleges,and improve its governance capabilities.
