头针治疗小儿假性近视45例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察头针治疗小儿假性近视的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的假性近视患儿90例随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予头针枕上正中线、枕上旁线治疗,每日1次,共15次;对照组给予传统体针治疗,每日1次,共15次。观察2组患儿治疗前后视力、屈光度的改善情况。结果 2组患儿治疗后视力均较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);2组患儿治疗后屈光度较治疗前显著降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为80.0%,2组比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论头针可明显改善患儿视力和屈光度,对小儿假性近视疗效肯定。Objective To observe the therapeutic Methods 90 patients with pediatric pseudomyopia were effect of scalp acupuncture on pediatric pseudomyopia. allocated randomly into a treatment group （n = 45 ） and a control group （n = 45 ）. The treatment group were given scalp acupuncture on the middle of Zhenshang Point and the sideline of Zhenshang Point, once a day and totally 15 times. The control group underwent the daily body acu- puncture, once a day and totally 15 times. The vision and diopter in two groups were evaluated and the results were compared. Results There was an significant increase meanwhile, vision in treatment group was higher than in vision and decrease in diopter in both groups （ P〈0.05 ） , that in control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Diopter in treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The overall response rate in treatment group was 93.3%, superior to that in control group of 80.0% （P〈O. 05 ）. Conclusion Scalp acupuncture would improve vision and diopter of patients with pediatric pseudomyopia, and has the positive therapeutic effect off,pediatric pseudomyopia.
