摘　　要：随着医学研究的不断进展,在疾病治疗过程中,药物的使用不断增加,药物引起肝脏损伤的发病率也逐年升高,该问题已引起人们的关注。目前国内外已有大量文献对药物引起肝脏损伤的相关因素进行研究分析,已发现较多基因与药物性肝损伤有关,同时个体的年龄和基础状况等因素也与之密切相关,而性别因素在国内外研究中差异均较大,有待进一步被研究证实。With the continuous progress of medical research , application of drug therapy has been increasing,the morbidity of drug-induced liver injury also increases year by year.The problem has aroused people′s concern.A lot of domestic and international researches on the relevant factors of drug-induced liver injury have been published.Many genes have been found related to drug-induced liver injury.At the same time,the factors such as age and basic situation of the individual are closely related to it.While the factor of sex is different between the domestic and international researches,that it needs to be further confirmed.
