摘　　要：基于Gaussian软件构建了尾式L-苏氨酸卟啉亚铁的红外光谱解析的综合型实验。通过实验,让学生结合Gaussian View软件对尾式L-苏氨酸卟啉亚铁的红外光谱进行解析,对不同吸收峰进行指认,培养学生的科研素质和创新能力。该实验能弥补现有传统实验教学的不足,具有较强的实用性和可操作性强,可作为本科生综合型实验开设。A comprehensive experiment named the ＂Analysis of the IR spectrum of ferroporphyrin containing tailed L-threonine＂ is designed based on Gaussian 09 and Gaussian View. In this experiment, the IR spectrum can be analyzed thought Gaussian View. The experiment which has good practicability and maneuverability can make up the deficiency existing in the traditional experiment teaching. So,this project is very suitable to be used as an comprehensive experiment {or undergraduate students.
