摘　　要：基于南开大学实验材料申购管理系统的设计优化和推广试用经验,从高校实验材料申购与管理系统的目标定位、核心功能、总体业务流程、功能模块集成、财务结算等方面阐述了实验材料申购与管理系统的建设思路和解决方案。实验材料申购与管理系统与校园一卡通管理系统结合,实现用户身份认证和权限管理;与财务系统结合,实现网上结算,因而大大提高了服务水平和采购、管理的效率。Based on the experience in designing, optimizing, and extensively testing an e-commercial city platform at the Nankai University, this article aims to provide the possible guidance and potential solution toward the establishment of an effective acquisition and management system for experimental materials in colleges and universities in several aspects including the targeted goal, the core function, the overall operation flow, the functional module integration, the financial settlement and so on.
