摘　　要：在高校实验室建设和管理中,实验设备的台套数和实验室用房面积一直以来是难点问题。五邑大学经过多年的探索和实践,提出了通过设备使用率建立实验室建设模型,为实验室建设与管理工作提供了一个新视角,比较合理、高效、科学地解决了这一管理工作的难点。Calculating equipment sets and laboratory housing area are always difficult problems in laboratory management work. The laboratory construction and management mode established through the using rate of equipment by Wuyi University is a new perspective in laboratory management work. It solves the above problems of the management work reasonably, effectively and fairly, which has certain reference value in colleges and universities.
