民族高校实验室建设与运行管理探讨

摘　　要：项目研究分析了实验室总体利用率不高的原因,认为实验室建设规划与学科建设规划脱节、大型科研仪器购前可行性论证不足、公共实验室分散重复建设、专职实验教师严重不足、开放实验室的设置与民族地区学生实际脱离、教师个人考核指标体系与实验相关甚少是造成此种现象的主要原因,并以此为基础提出了建议方案。The study results show that the laboratory construction planning and discipline construction planning disjointed, the inadequate pre purchase of large scientific instruments feasibility, the public laboratories dispersed redundant construction, a serious shortage of full-time teachers in the experiment, open laboratory setting with actual students from minority areas, individual teachers experimental evaluation index system and related seldom are the main reasons for the above phenomena. And on this basis this paper puts forward some proposals as follows： respecting for history, carding status quo; integrating resources, source control; strengthening the experimental team building, improving the experimental treatment of teachers; clearing sources of funding; and strengthening the construction of open laboratory.
