协作性生产理念在高校实验室管理中的运用探析

摘　　要：实验室资源是公共性资源,实验室提供的教学和科研服务符合公共产品的性质,因而可以将实验室管理纳入公共服务的领域,用协作性生产的理念来分析。当前实验室管理中存在的问题既有管理的问题,又有协作性问题。以协作性生产理念提高高校实验室管理的运行效率,应在制度建设基础上,充分利用信息化的便利,发挥管理者、技术人员、教师和学生的协同作用,体现实验室资源的公共性。The laboratory resources are public resources,and its teaching and research services are consistent with the nature of public product. So the laboratory management can be attributed to the public services field, and can be analyzed by the concept of coproduction . The current problems exist not only in the laboratory management but also in coproduction. According to the concept of coproduction, in order to improve the efficiency of laboratory resources, some effective measures should be taken. First, the construction systems should be established. Second, full use of the information facilities should be made. Third, the synergistic effect of managers, technical staff, teachers and students should be exerted. At last, the laboratory resources should reflect the nature of public.
