摘 要:自尊是个人对自己的整体看法及对自己评价后产生正负向价值的感受。研究采用行为学的实验方法探讨两种提高自尊的方式在提升自尊上的差异以及它们对被试行为绩效的影响。实验一发现,两种提高自尊的方式在提升被试整体状态自尊和行为绩效上差异显著;同时还发现个体自尊提升的高低与行为绩效之间相关不显著,实验二发现,反映成功者主要提高自我喜好,而自我反省主要提高自我能力;自我能力和行为绩效之间相关显著。结果表明了自我反省和反映成功者两种方式都能促进自尊的提高,但只有自我反省对行为绩效有积极的作用。The self - esteem was the whole attitude the person showed to himself and the feeling of positive and negative value the per- son produced after evaluation. The way to the behavioral experiment discussed the differences of reflection and self - reflection on impro- ving self - esteem and the effects that they had on the behavior performance of participants. Results in experiment one showed that the two different ways on improving self - esteem had significant differences on the global state self - esteem and the behavior performance, meanwhile how much the self - esteem improve was not significant related to the behavior performance. These results in experiment two showed that reflection mainly improved self - liking and self - reflection mainly improved self - competence; self - competence was high- ly related to the behavior performance. Studies had shown that beth self - reflection and reflection successfully improved the self - es- teem,however,only self-reflection had positive effects on the behavior performance.
