摘　　要：临床住院医师规范化培训是高等医学院校毕业生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,是提高临床住院医师素质、培养高素质人才极为重要又不可缺少的阶段。普通外科学是一门涉及面广、整体性强的临床医学,在住院医师规范化培训中占有举足轻重的地位。本文将探讨提高普通外科住院医师规范化培训教学效果的具体措施,包括强化基本理论学习;理论联系实践;实行严格的奖惩和激励制度等。Clinical the standardized training of residents is an important part of the medical colleges and universities graduates education, is to improve the clinical resident quality, cultivate high-quality personnel is very important and indispensable stage. General surgery is a clinical medicine with wide range and wide integrity, and it plays a pivotal role in the training of resident doctors＂ standardization. This paper will discuss how to improve the general surgery hospital standardized residents training in teaching effect of specific measures, including basic theory of reinforcement learning; theory with practice; the implementation of strict reward and punishment and incentive system.
