摘　　要：法律文化是内化在法律思想、法律制度、法律设施及其行为模式之中,并在精神和原则上引导或制约其发展的一般观念和价值体系,是人类追求生活秩序化和社会正义性的本质表达。通过对中美法律文化的比较,探讨中美法律文化的主要差异及这些差异对法律翻译产生的影响。Legal culture is a very important part in human culture system, and it is also an important component of social spiritual culture. By comparing Chinese legal culture with American legal culture, the author tries to discuss the major differences between them, as well as the impact the differences have on the legal translation.
