摘　　要：根治性与保留肛门功能一直是低位直肠癌根治术中倍受关注的焦点。随着腹腔镜技术在低位直肠癌根治术中的应用,使越来越多的患者获得有效的治疗,不同肠道重建方式的选择与应用对于提高患者术后的生活质量起着至关重要的作用,个体化的手术方案也正越来越受到胃肠外科医生的重视。More and more attention have been paid to radical resection and sphincter preservation in surgical treatment of low rectal cancer. With the application of laparoscopic approach in treating low rectal cancer, numerous patients received effective treatment. Options of intestinal reconstruction play a vital role in improving the quality of life after surgery. Furthermore, individualized surgical strategy is increasingly emphasized by gastrointestinal surgeons.
