摘  要:要想有一流的教育,就必须有一流的师资。开放教育中导学教师扮演着重要的管理角色,发挥着重大的职能作用,其导学支持服务能力直接决定着开放大学的教学质量。开放教育教学分离、时空分离的特征,对导学教师提出了更高要求。导学教师只有强化开放教育意识,全面了解开放学员,熟悉远程学习管理制度,不断提高自己的素质和技能,采取针对性、多样化导学方法,才能充分发挥导学职能,促进远程学习者投入学习。To have a first-class education, there must be a first-class teacher. Guiding teachers in open education play an important role in management. Their ability of guiding learning support service directly determines the quality of teaching in Open University. Furthermore, characteristics of teaching and learning separation, time and space separation put forward new and higher requirements to guiding teachers. They must strengthen the open educational consciousness, fully understand the students, be familiar with distant learning management system, comprehensively strengthen self-cultivation, constantly improve their own quality and skills, and take targeted and diversified guidance methods, so as to give flail play to the functions of guiding, promote distance learners into learning.
