摘　　要：船体结构生产设计在整个生产设计中占有重要位置,其管理不仅仅是对生产设计图表的质量管理,更是对生产设计人员的素质管理以及生产设计成本效益的管理。为了更好地服务于现场,船体结构生产设计贯彻"以现场为中心"的宗旨,通过将人员管理、设计过程管理和目标管理三者有机统一,以达到提高生产效率、降低建造成本、提高产品质量的目的。The production design of hull structure is very important in the whole production design. The management of which is not only the quality management of production design but also the management of the quality of the production designer and effect of the production design cost. In order to service to the scene better, production design of hull structure carried out ＂ site centered＂ purposes,and included three systems： design, technology and management, by organically uniting staff management, design process management and goal management, to enhance the production efficiency, reduce the construction cost, improve the product quality.
