摘　　要：在人们的言行中,非理性因素经常被忽视,但它发挥的作用与理性因素一样重要。本文试图从社会心理学角度出发,探讨台湾人对大陆负面态度的非理性因素的作用。在"反服贸运动"等群体行为中,非理性因素的作用突现,而且其表现特点与理性因素大相径庭。这类群体行为之所以发生,其基础是台湾人对大陆普遍具有负面的非理性的态度,具有深层的历史和社会原因。因此重视两岸人民交流的心理因素十分迫切和必要。In people＇s words and behaviors, the important role of irrational factors are equal to rational ones, although it is always been ignored. This paper tries to discuss the role of irrational factors in influencing the Taiwan Residents negative attitude to the mainland from the perspective of social psychology. The role of irrational factors was emerging in the group behaviors like “the sun flower movement”, and its characteristics are quite different from the rational factors. The reason of this kind of group behaviors is that the Taiwan Residents attitude to the mainland is negative generally ,which is deeply historical and social. Thus, it is very important to emphasize the psychological factors in the Cross-Strait exchanges
