对图书借阅“乱象”及管理规章制度修订与完善的反思——以梧州学院图书馆为例

摘　　要：通过对高校图书馆图书借阅中存在的藏匿图书、借用他人的借阅证借书和抵押借阅证多借书等"乱象"的剖析以及管理规章制度的反思,探讨了根治以上"乱象"的思路,并阐述了修订与完善图书馆管理规章制度的工作原则、作用与意义。Through the analysis on the chaotic phenomena existing in library＇s books borrowing and reading such as hiding books, borrowing books with other person＇ s library card, and borrowing more books through impawning library card, etc. and the reflection on the management rules, this paper probes into some ideas for bring above-mentioned chaotic phenomena under permanent control, and expounds the principles, functions and significance of modifying and improving library＇ s management rules.
