摘 要:技术成熟度评估(TRA)可以有效降低装备研制的技术风险,近年来已经得到国内外武器装备行业的广泛应用。参考美国国防部和国内武器装备研制TRA的等级定义,结合飞行试验特点,给出了适用于飞行试验的准则。在此基础上,依据我国科技发展战略,探索性地对飞行试验技术发展过程进行阶段划分和内涵说明,并结合飞行试验具体工作进行了应用。Technology readiness assessment (TRA) is an effective method to control technical risks in the development of equipment, which have been widely used in military equipment industry both domestic and abroad. According to the TRA definition of the department of defense and the new domestic military equipment development, a new criterion of TRA which is served for flight test is created. And then, based on classification of the U. S. equipment development and the science and technology program of China, the technical development process of flight test has been classified tentatively, which is also ap- plied in specific test.
