摘　　要：目的 基于某大型综合性医院的实证,总结以国家自然科学基金为牵引,多层次立体化建设学科培养人才的做法和经验,探讨如何推动医院科学研究发展壮大.方法 分析现状,总结做法,探讨经验,展望未来.结果 在以国家自然科学基金的牵引下,医院突破常规做法,科学部署合理配套,做到了多层次立体化建设学科培养人才.结论 深刻分析当前科研现状和需求,以国家自然科学基金为牵引,科学规范的实施学科建设人才培养计划,多层次立体化提升学科孕育人才,能推动医院科研不断发展和壮大.Objective To study the experience of talents training practice and multi-level construction of disciplines in a large general hospital,with the support of National Natural Science Foundation,and to discuss how to develop the scientific research in hospital.Methods Analyze the current situation,summed up the practice,discussed experiences and explored the future prospects.Results Follow the guide of the National Natural Science Foundation,the hospital breaks the old routine,scientifically arranging resources,and conducted research training program in multi-level construction disciplines.Conclusions we profound analyzed current status and needs of scientific research,based on guidance of National Natural Science Foundation.We have established scientific plan and a multi-level enhancing discipline to train the young talents,and to improve the capacity and growth of hospital scientific research.
