摘　　要：在众多企业纷纷提出打造世界一流之际,分析了世界一流企业的研究现状及发展趋势,给出了科学的界定,并以煤炭企业为例,在分析煤炭企业相关影响因素的基础上,构建了基于安全、高效、智能、绿色、创新、和谐6个维度的世界一流煤炭企业建设体系,为煤炭企业打造世界一流指明方向。Nowadays there are many enterprises put forward to build world class enterprises. This paper analyses the research status and development trend of world class enterprises, giving the scientific definition. Based on the analysis of influencing factors in coal enterprises, the construction system of world class coal enterprises is built, which includes security, efficiency, automation, ecosystem, innovation and harmony. The aim is to provide direction of building the world class enterprises.
