摘 要:随着化石能源枯竭,微藻生物柴油日益成为研究热点,不同的培养条件对小球藻的生长及油脂积累有很大的影响。因此考察了温度、光强和水体p H值等因素对小球藻的生长及油脂积累的影响。结果表明,不同温度下小球藻的生长情况和油脂含量不同。在25℃时,小球藻细胞密度最大,油脂积累量最高,达到了26.50%±4%;光照强度对小球藻生长及油脂积累也有很大影响,5000 lux时小球藻细胞密度最大,油脂含量最高;同时p H值对小球藻生长及油脂积累也有显著作用,在p H值为7时小球藻细胞密度和油脂积累量最大,其中油脂积累量为(23.96±4.3)%。With the depletion of fossil fuels, algae biodiesel increasingly become a hot topic, and a different culture conditions have a great impact on the growth and fat accumulation of Chlorella. Therefore, this paper examined the impact of factors such as tempera-ture, light intensity, and water pH on the Chlorella’s growth and fat accumulation. The results showed that Chlorella’s growth at dif-ferent temperatures have different fat accumulation. At 25℃, Chlorella cells reached the highest density, and the highest accumula-tion of grease could reach to (26.50 ± 4)%;light intensity also had a great impact on Chlorella’s growth and grease accumulation, and Chlorella the maximum cell density, highest fat content appeared at 5000 lux;pH also have a significant role in the growth of Chlorella and fat accumulation, when pH=7, the Chlorella cells reached to the highest density and the highest accumulation of grease-reached to (23.94 ± 4.3)%.
