摘　　要：根治性全膀胱切除术是肌层浸润性膀胱癌的标准治疗方法。目前原位新膀胱术已成为根治性膀胱切除术后尿流改道的主流术式。与开放手术相比,腹腔镜手术具有术中失血量少、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优势。本文对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除加原位新膀胱术的新进展作一综述。Radical total cystectomy is a standard treatment of muscle - invasive bladder cancer. The construction of orthotopic neobladder is currently the preferred urinary diversion in patients undergoing radical cystectomy. Compared with the open surgery, laparoscopic surgery has the advantages of less intraoperative blood loss, postoperative pain, faster recovery. Advances of laparoscopic radical cystectomy and orthotopic neobladde were reviewed in our study.
