多西他赛联合奈达铂同期放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的口腔黏膜反应观察

摘　　要：目的观察多西他赛联合奈达铂同期放化疗治疗鼻咽癌的口腔黏膜反应及其对患者生活质量、治疗依从性的影响。方法将82例局部晚期鼻咽癌患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组41例。两组均采用相同的放射治疗方法,同期观察组采用多西他赛联合奈达铂方案化疗,对照组采用顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶方案化疗。观察两组患者口腔黏膜反应情况、生活质量及治疗的依从性。结果观察组3、4级口腔黏膜反应的发生率低于对照组;观察组生活质量、治疗依从性均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论多西他赛联合奈达铂方案同期放化疗治疗局部晚期鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜反应较轻,能减少生活质量的下降,提高患者治疗依从性,值得临床推广。Objective To observe oral mucositis which induced by docetaxel combined nedaplatin during chemo-radiotherapy process for nasopharyngeal cancer and its effects on patient ＆#39;s quality of life and treatment compliance .Methods 82 patients with locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into observer group and control group , 41 cases in each group .Both groups were using the same method of radiation therapy, at the same period patients in observation were given docetaxel chemotherapy combined Nedaplatin while the patients in control group received cisplatin plus fluorouracil chemotherapy .Oral mucositis occurrence , the quality of life and adherence to treatment of patients in the two groups were observed .Results The incidence of grade 3 or 4 oral mucosa in observation group was lower than that in the control group .Quality of life and treatment compliance in the observation group were higher than control group .Conclusions Docetaxel combined nedaplatin program induced mild oral mucosa during chemo -radiotherapy process for locally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients , it can reduce the decline of life quality , improve patients ＆#39;treatment compliance , worthy of promotion .
