摘 要:随着双主轴机床在制造业中越来越广泛地应用,将原有机床升级改造为双主轴机床成为一项新的课题。以沈阳机床厂生产的HTC16型数控车床为例,进行副主轴的设计与计算。用叠加法推导出副主轴的端部位移计算表达式,并计算出结果,在理论上保证副主轴的刚度满足要求。利用Creo绘图软件绘制出副主轴的三维实体模型,导入ANSYS Workbench软件中建立模型,进行相关的有限元分析。通过静态分析得到副主轴在特定工况条件下的静态力学特性,通过模态分析得到副主轴的振动特性和极限转速。这些结果验证出副主轴的刚度和强度满足要求,转速设置合理,对提高副主轴的设计质量具有一定参考价值。With the wide application of double-spindle machine in the manufacturing sector, the original machine upgraded to double-spindle machines become a new topic. In this paper, based on HTC16 CNC lathe, the structure of vice-spindle was designed, the expression of end portion displacement of vice-spindle was deduced by superposition method and the results were calculated to en- sure that rigidity can meet the requirements in theory. The three-dimensional model of vice-spindle was drawn by the Creo software, and imported to ANSYS Workbench software to build finite element model, and the mechanical properties were analyzed. Static me- chanical properties under certain working conditions were obtained through static analysis, and vibration characteristics were obtained through modal analysis. These results demonstrate that stiffness and strength of the vice-spindle meet the requirements, the speed set- tings are reasonable, which are important for improving the performance of vice-spindle.
