摘  要:使用柴油喷油器波形检测仪可以避免以往在大型检测设备上进行的复杂操作,降低检测成本,增加生产效率。自主设计一个能够驱动电磁阀的驱动装置,通过ATmega128单片机来控制此种驱动装置,同时设计出一个柴油喷油器的波形显示装置,此装置可以把电磁阀在不同状态下工作的波形显示出来,与其正常工作的波形进行对比,找出电磁阀的故障所在,并将两个装置组合起来,可以对高压共轨电控柴油机喷油器电磁阀进行故障检测。The market investigation indicates that in the process of production, the diesel waveform diagnosis instrument which is similar to gasoline injector waveform diagnosis instrument is needed and this instrument has very good development prospect. The use of diesel injector waveform diagnosis instrument can avoid the complex operation in large-scale testing equipment, reduce testing cost, and increase production efficiency. First, a drive that is able to drive the solenoid was designed and the ATmega128 single-chip mi- crocomputer was used to control the drive. Then, a diesel injector waveform display device was designed to display the waveform of so- lenoid valve under different working states. By comparing the waveform of the solenoid valve with normal waveform, the fault can be i- dentified. Finally, the above two devices were combined together in order to realize fault detection on the high pressure common rail diesel engine injector solenoid valve electronically. The research of the above methods can realize waveform detection on the failure of diesel injector and simple fault detection of the diesel injectors, which has achieved expected effect of the study.
