摘 要:近年来,医学院校探索建立了较为完整的学科建设综合评估指标体系,制定了"学科建设量化评分标准"。学科评价指标的建立,以其特有的量化指标内容和应完成的目标为基础,以其重要的学术竞争指标和引导性,达到对学科评价的目的。结合对医院各学科的综合实力进行横向和纵向的比较及科学、有效的衡量,对医院各学科的综合实力进行客观评价,并用SWOT分析方法综合分析医院学科建设的优势、劣势、机会、挑战。通过以上体系评估,使各学科带头人做到知己知彼,寻找差距,及时整改,最终促进本学科持续、平稳发展。In recent years, medical school has established a fairly complete comprehensive evaluation indictors system for discipline construction and a quantity evaluation standard. Evaluation indictors were designed on the basis of definition and quantity objectives, involving academic competition indictors and guidance indictors to effectively evaluate discipline development. Based on comprehensive strength of disciplines, vertical and horizontal comparisons were used to effectively assess discipline capacity. Finally, the method called SWOT comprehensively analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of discipline construction. The system evaluation make discipline heads know the status quo and gap of discipline development and seek for improving measures to assure discipline sustainable and healthy development.
