摘  要:目的:分析重组人血管内皮抑素介入栓塞治疗对肝癌组织中凋亡相关分子表达及血清中血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的92例原发性肝癌患者进行研究,将患者随机分为观察组(46例)及对照组(46例),分别采用重组人血管内皮抑素介入栓塞治疗及单纯动脉化疗栓塞治疗,比较两组肝癌组织促凋亡相关因子及抗凋亡相关因子的蛋白表达、血清VEGF含量等差异。结果:(1)观察组接受治疗后肝癌组织中AZD8055、TSA、KLF6、Smac、PDCD5等促凋亡分子的蛋白表达水平均明显高于接受单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)观察组接受治疗后肝癌组织中Cytohesin-2、Fbxw7、SATB1、Sox2、TGFα等抗凋亡分子的蛋白表达水平均明显低于接受单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)观察组接受治疗后血清VEGF-C、VEGF-D、VEGFR-3含量均明显低于接受单纯肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗的对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:重组人血管内皮抑素介入栓塞治疗可以有效抑制肿瘤细胞增殖并促进其凋亡,对于抑制机体血管新生及肿瘤复发具有积极的临床意义。Objective: To analyze influence of recombinant human endostatin interventional embolization treatment on apoptosis related molecule expressions in liver cancer tissue and serum VEG-F contents. Methods: 92 cases of hepatoeellular carcinoma patients treated in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2014 were chosen and randomly divided into observation group (46 cases) and control group (46 eases). They received recombinant human endostatin interventional embolization treatment and plain transcatheter arterial chemoemholization treatment respectively. Then protein expression differences of pro-apoptosis related factors and anti apoptosis related factors in liver cancer tissues and serum VEGF content differences of both groups were compared. Results: 1) After treatment, protein expression levels of pro-apoptosis molecules AZD8055, TSA, KLF6, Smac and PDCD5, etc in liver cancer tissue of observation group were all significantly higher than those of control group who received plain transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment (P〈0.05) ; 2) after treatment, protein expression levels of anti-apoptosis molecules Cytohesin-2, Fbxw7, SATB1, Sox2 and TGF-a, etc in liver cancer tissue of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group who received plain transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment (P0.05) ; 3) after treatment, serum VEGF-C, VEGF-D and VEGFR-3 contents of observation group were all significantly lower than those of control group who received plain transcatheter arterial chemoembolization treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Recombinant human endostatin interventional embolization treatment can effectively inhibit tumor cell proliferation and promote its apopto sis, it can positively inhibit body angiogenesis and tumor recurrence.
