共轨管出油孔对高压共轨系统压力波动影响的研究

摘　　要：基于某直列四缸发动机高压共轨系统,应用AMESim软件对其进行了仿真计算,通过改变共轨管出油口的尺寸,分析了共轨管的出油孔对高压共轨系统内压力波动的影响及其对各缸喷油器喷油一致性的影响。Based on the high-pressure common-rail system of a in-line four-cylinder engine, this paper carries out simulation calculation with AMESim software. The influence of the outlet oil hole on the fluctuating of the common-rail high-pressure system and on the fuel injection consistency was analyzed through changing the dimension of the outlet oil hole.
