摘　　要：本文论述了知识联盟的合作原理 ,用经济学的原理分析了知识联盟的竞争与合作 ,提出企业知识联盟的私人利益与共同利益的概念 ,私人利益与共同利益之比的大小决定了企业知识联盟的行为模式 。Cooperation theory is discussed in knowledge alliance. Competition and cooperation in knowledge alliance is analyzed based on principles of economics. The concept of private benefits and common benefits in enterprise knowledge alliance. The distribution of private benefits and common benefits will determine the behavior and direction of enterprise knowledge alliance. It is concluded that competition and cooperation is the best model of enterprise knowledge alliance.
