摘　　要：目的探讨CIK细胞免疫治疗对晚期恶性肿瘤患者免疫功能的影响。方法选取56例化疗后接受CIK治疗的晚期恶性肿瘤患者,采集其外周血提取单个核细胞(PBMC),经体外扩增培养CIK细胞进行回输,隔天1次,4次为1个疗程,共3个疗程。检测其治疗前后外周血T细胞亚群比例的变化及生活质量(QOL)改善情况,酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测其治疗前后外周血中细胞因子白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)水平变化。结果治疗后外周血中T细胞亚群CD3+、CD4+T细胞数、CD4+/CD8+比例及IL-2、IFN-γ水平明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),CD8+T细胞数治疗后较治疗前降低,但差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。生活质量较治疗前明显提高,改善率为69.6%(P<0.05)。结论 CIK细胞免疫治疗可增强晚期恶性肿瘤患者的免疫功能,提高其生活质量,可成为其较为理想的治疗手段。Objective To investigate the effect of cytokine induced killer cells treatment on immune function of patients with advanced malignant cancer. Methods Fifty-six patients with advanced malignant cancer who had been given chemotherapy and ac- cepted the CIK treatment were collected. Peripheral blood monocyte cells （PBMCs） were isolated from blood samples of 56 cases. CIK cells were obtained from PBMCs which undergoing proliferation cultured in vitro. CIK cells were transfused to patients every other day, 4 times a course, and for 3 courses. The changes before and after CIK treatment of T lymphocyte subsets and quality of life （QOL） were detected. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays （ELISA） was used to detect the changes before and after CIK treatment of IL-2 and IFN-＇,/. Results After treatment, the counts of T lymphocyte subsets such as CD3^＋ , CD^＋ T cells and CD4^＋/CD8^＋ , the level of cytokine such as IL-2, IFN-γ, were significantly higher than before （P all 〈0. 05）. The counts of CD8^＋ T was lower than before. However, there was no significant difference（ P 〉 0. 05）. The remission rate of QOL was 69.6%, which was significantly higher than before （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion CIK cells immunotherapy can improve the immunity and the quality of life of patients with advanced malignant cancer. CIK cells immunotherapy can be the ideal therapeutic strategy.
