摘　　要：先进加工制造业要想持续稳定发展,就必须要有适应需求的技术技能型人才,源源不断地向企业及时输送。总结高职院校在数控机床联网后教学和管理方面的特点,做出实际探索的有益尝试。To achieve sustained and stable development for advanced mechanic manufacturing industry, it must have the technical skilled personnel which can be continuously supplied to the enterprise to meet their needs. The article summarizes the teaching and management features of vocational colleges after the CNC machine networking. And it also makes a useful attempt for actual explore.
