摘　　要：从公立医院绩效管理现状的分析为着眼点,基于平衡计分卡及关键绩效考评法的综合运用,从财务、客户(患者)、内部运营、学习与成长4个维度设计BH医院的绩效评价指标,并对实施效果作出评价,旨在为公立医院绩效管理的改进提高基础性资料和依据。The writer analyzes current status of performance management in public hospitals. And it based on the comprehensive application of BSC and KPI. Evaluate the implementation effect from 4 dimensional design BH hospitals performance evaluation indexes which include financial affairs, the customers （patients）, internal operations, learning and growth. It aimed at providing basic information and basis for performance management improvement in public hospitals.
