摘　　要：在顾客价值理论、价值链理论的基础上,通过理论演绎构造病人的价值链及医院价值链模式。通过深入探讨病人价值与医院价值体系的关系,认为病人价值是医院价值的核心部分,病人价值链与医院价值链紧密相关,病人价值链是医院业务流程管理的核心。Through theoretical deduction, we construct patient and hospital value chain model based on customer value theory and value chain theory. After in-depth discussing the relationship between patient value and the system of hospital value, we consider that patient value is the core component of the hospital value, and the patient value chain and hospital value chain are mutually dependent and the patient value chain is the core of the hospital business process management.
