摘　　要："仁"是传统儒学与中医学的核心价值观念,二者所理解的"仁"存在诸多异同,其相通之处体现为:由仁爱原则所透显的人道主义精神,以道德的自主、自律、自觉原则所代表的道德主体性原则,以及道德的理想主义精神。中医学基于自身的医学实践,对于传统儒家"仁"的观念亦有所损益,其着力突出了儒家"仁爱"原则之普遍性的一面,而相对淡化了其所讲之"差等之爱"的特殊性一面。Benevolence is the core value of traditional Confucianism and Traditional Chinese Medicine. This paper discussed the fundamental similarities and differences of the conceptions of benevolence between them. The similarities of them are reflected in the spirit of humanitarianism embodied by the principle of benevolence, the principle of moral subjectivity represented by the principle of moral autonomy, and moral idealism. Based on medical practices, Traditional Chinese Medicine also has reflections on the idea of benevolence of traditional Confucianism, which emphasizes the universal principle of benevolence of traditional Confucianism, and relatively weakens the particularity of differences.
